La Maison Des Pruniers

This spacious, open plan detached house, newly built in the local Perigordine style, nestles in plum orchards, alongside the fourth fairway of a beautiful undulating 27 hole golf course.

The Chateau is at the heart of this Donald Steel designed course, only 20 minutes south west of Bergerac airport in the Dordogne. This well appointed house has: 3 double en-suite bedrooms (some beds detach to become twins, and bathrooms have hairdryers), and a large vaulted sitting room with a mezzanine relaxation/communication area above.

There is a (wireless) broadband internet connection, TV with basic Sky (including radio), DVD player and an Ipod connection on the Bose CD sound system.

The house has its own heated swimming pool, and access to the restaurants and bars of the Chateau.

Golf, a driving range, beginner's academy course, tennis, cycling and billiards/snooker are all available on site, as is access to the hotel spa, pool and gymnasium. The pro shop or reception can advise on the use of these facilities.

Guests will benefit from reduced green fees and a change over service. Please note that smoking and pets are not permitted at Maison Des Pruniers.
